Our website can be used without disclosing any personal data. On our website, we provide you with the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. With this newsletter, we will inform you of our offerings at regular intervals. You need to have a valid email address in order to receive our newsletter. We will verify the email address provide by you as to whether you are the actual holder of the email address specified or whether its holder has been authorised to receive the newsletter. Upon your subscription to our newsletter, we will save your IP address and the date and time of your subscription. This will serve as a security measure in case that any third party misuses your email address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge. Any other data will not be collected on our part. The data collected in this way will be only used for sending our newsletter. The data will not be disclosed to third parties. Moreover, the data will not be associated with any data that may be collected by other components of our website either. You can cancel your subscription to this newsletter at any time. Use of Google Maps

On our website, we use the “Google Maps” component of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter “Google”.

Every time the “Google Maps” component is accessed, Google will place a cookie to process user settings and data when displaying the website on which the “Google Maps” component has been integrated. As a general rule, this cookie will not be erased when the browser is closed, but will expire after a fixed period, unless it is manually erased by you beforehand.

Use of reCAPTCHA

We use the “reCAPTCHA” service of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter “Google”, to protect input forms on our website. By using this service, you can differentiate between whether the entry is being made by a human or improperly using automated processing.

According to our knowledge, the referrer URL, IP address, website visitor behaviour, information about the operating system, browser and duration of the visit, cookies, display instructions and scripts, the user’s input behaviour and mouse movements in the “reCAPTCHA” check box area will be transmitted to “Google”.

Google uses the information obtained in this way, among other things, to digitalise books and other print products and to optimise services like Google Street View and Google Maps (e.g. to identify house numbers and street names).

The IP address transmitted in the context of “reCAPTCHA” will not be amalgamated with any other data by of Google, unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the “reCAPTCHA” plug-in. If you want to prohibit the transfer and retention of data concerning you and your behaviour on our website by “Google”, you must log out of “Google” and in fact do so before visiting our website or using the reCAPTCHA plug-in.

Use of YouTube components with extended data protection mode

On our website, we components (videos) of the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company belonging to Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

In doing so, we use the “ - extended data protection mode - ” option provided by YouTube.

If you access a website that has an embedded video, a connection will be established to the YouTube servers, which instruct your browser to display the content on the website.

According to YouTube, in the “ - extended data protection mode - ”, only data on which of our websites in particular you are watching the video from will be transmitted to the YouTube server. If you are simultaneously logged in to YouTube, this information will be allocated to your membership account. You may prevent that by logging out of your membership account before visiting our website.

Publication of Job Advertisements / Online Job Applications

We will collect and process your application data electronically for the purpose of implementing the application procedure. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, the data provided by you may be retained by us in your personnel file for purposes of the customary organisational and management process under compliance with pertinent legal regulations.
If your job application is rejected, the data provided by you will be erased automatically after two months after the rejection was communicated. This does not apply if retention for a longer period of time is required by law (for example due to the burden of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you expressly agreed to retention in our prospective employee database for a longer period.

Access / Withdrawal of Consent / Erasure
